黃油50克
糖粉 35克
鹽1.5克
低筋麵粉110克
牛奶15克
芝士碎70克
💛做法💛
1⃣️黃油軟化至用手輕鬆按壓出一個洞加入糖粉和鹽翻拌
均勻,分3次加入牛奶攪拌至吸收
2⃣️放入低筋麵粉戴手套揉成麵糰,再放入芝士碎翻拌均勻後裹上保鮮膜整理成圓形放冰箱冷凍30分鐘
3⃣️麵糰取出切成片放入烤盤裡放進提前預熱好的烤箱上下火170度18分鐘(根據自己烤箱脾氣調節溫度)
⚠️小tips
❶.黃油軟化要到位,牛奶用常溫的!
❷.剛烤出來摸著軟的是正常的,放涼後就酥脆啦

50g butter
Powdered sugar 35g
1.5g salt
110g low-gluten flour
15g milk
70g shredded cheese
💛Method💛
1⃣️ Soften the butter until a hole can be easily pressed out by hand, add powdered sugar and salt and stir
Evenly, add milk in 3 times and stir until absorbed
2⃣️ Put in low-gluten flour and knead into dough with gloves, then add shredded cheese and stir evenly, then wrap with plastic wrap and arrange into a round shape and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
3⃣️ Take out the dough, cut into slices, put in a baking tray, and put in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 18 minutes (adjust the temperature according to your oven temper)
